Introduction
Welcome to xchemi.com ("Platform"). This Product Listing Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement
between
you ("Seller") and xchemi.com regarding the listing and sale of products on the Platform.
#Acceptance of Agreement
By submitting a product for listing on the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of
this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, you must not list any products for sale on the
Platform.
Eligibility
To be eligible to list products on the Platform, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of
residence.
2. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Provide accurate and complete information as required during the listing process.
Listing of Products
1. You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products listed.
2. You must not list any products that are illegal or that violate the rights of third parties, including
intellectual property rights.
3. You agree to provide all necessary documentation and information to verify the authenticity and compliance of
the products.
Fees and Payments
1. xchemi.com reserves the right to charge listing and transaction fees as outlined on the Platform.
2. You agree to pay all fees and charges assessed by xchemi.com for the services provided.
3. All payments will be made in accordance with the payment terms specified by xchemi.com.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. You retain all rights, title, and interest in your products and any intellectual property rights associated
with them.
2. You grant xchemi.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your
product listings for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Representations and Warranties
1. You represent and warrant that you have the right to sell the products listed and that the products comply
with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. You will indemnify and hold harmless xchemi.com from any claims related to the products you list.
Term and Termination
1. This Agreement commences on the date you list your first product and continues until terminated by either
party.
2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice.
3. Upon termination, you must cease listing new products but any existing listings will continue to be governed
by this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter
hereof.
2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Law].
3. Any notice or communication required or permitted to be given hereunder shall be in writing.
Announcement on the list of prohibited sales of Prohibited and Controlled Items on XCHEMI
Illegal release of prohibited sales information will be removed from the shelves in accordance with the XCHEMI
Enforcement Actions for Displaying Prohibited and Controlled Items.
It is strictly prohibited to release any drugs and their production raw materials, stimulants, control materials
or
control ingredients, narcotic and calming drugs, psychotropic drugs, toxic drugs for medical use, precursor
chemicals,
drug rehabilitation drugs and medical institutions preparations and drug taking tools and drug making
tools.
The above strictly prohibited products may be removed from the shelves even if they are not included in the list
prescribed by the state. XCHEMI platform reserves the right to modify and supplement the reference list.
